Adam has over 20 years’ investment and corporate banking experience across a wide range of industry sectors. Adam is experienced in mergers, acquisitions, divestments, restructuring, financing and capital markets.

 

Prior to joining Origin in 2011, Adam was a Director at Goldman Sachs where he worked for 6 years and prior to that, worked at the Bank of Tokyo Mitsubishi for around 5 years.

 

Adam has experience across a broad range of sectors including mining and energy services, engineering, transport, and industrials.

 

Relevant transaction experience includes advising:

• ASX listed, CMI Limited, on the divestment of TJM Products, an automotive aftermarket business, to a Thailand based purchaser, Eastern Polymer Group;

• ASX listed, Emeco Holdings Limited, on a potential acquisition of a transport rental business;

• Strategic review of the Asian based RMA Group in relation to their Australian subsidiary, Minecorp;

• an offshore client on the potential acquisition of a technology and services business operating in the global resources sector; and

• a Singapore listed diversified services and engineering firm in regard to a possible acquisition in the Australian energy services sector;

• an offshore client on the potential sale of an Australian subsidiary operating in the mining services sector;

• an offshore client on a potential acquisition in the Australian healthcare sector; and

• an Australian manufacturing  company on the possible divestment of the company.
