Ayush provides analytical, documentation and transaction execution support across Origin’s transactions.

He has completed a double degree of Bachelor of Engineering (Software), with First Class Honors, and Bachelor of Business (Finance) from University of Technology Sydney (UTS). He is currently undergoing Master of Business Administration (MBA) at UNSW.

 

Ayush has also had technical engineering and other work experience in companies such as Insurance Australia Group (IAG) and Norbrik Consulting and as an engineering research assistant at UTS.

 

​With over two years of experience working for Origin, Ayush has been involved in multiple capital raising, project finance and M&A deals for clients in the transport, mining, resources and infrastructures sectors.

 

Relevant experience includes:

• Creating financial model and supporting senior team members with information memorandum (IM) for an AI digital billboard startup company, advising financial business requirements and assisting with raising capital;

• Assisting senior team members with ASX listed Tungsten mining company, Group 6 Metals (G6M), for project finance and capital raising;

• Assisting senior team members with ASX listed Kaolin mining company, Andromeda Metals (ADN), for project finance;

• Assisting team with advising buy-side M&A deal for an international transport company, Mobility ADO.
